How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery.
- Inspect wand exterior: Look for cracks, dents, or bends along the wand.
- Check internal blockage: Detach the wand and look through it. Use a flexible rod to gently push out any obstructions.
- Inspect seals: Check the rubber seals at both ends of the wand. Replace if torn or flattened.
- Replace damaged wand: If the wand is cracked or deformed, replace it with a genuine Tineco wand.
