How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery.
- Remove brush roller: Open the brush cover and take out the roller. Inspect for cracks, missing bristles, or bent shaft.
- Check inside housing: Look for small objects (stones, screws, toys) inside the brush housing and remove them.
- Inspect bearings: Spin the roller ends by hand. If they grind or wobble, replace the brush roller assembly.
- Check for loose parts: Gently shake the floor head. If you hear internal rattling, internal components may be broken and the entire head should be replaced.
