Possible Causes
Clogged cyclone assembly, Blocked wand or floor head inlet, Severely clogged pre-filter and HEPA filter, Air leak at dust bin seal or cyclone gasket
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery before disassembly.
- Empty and clean dust bin: Remove the bin and empty it. Wipe the interior with a dry cloth to remove fine dust.
- Clean cyclone assembly: Detach the cyclone (if removable) and tap it gently to dislodge packed dust. Use a soft brush to clean the cyclone cones and mesh.
- Check wand and floor head: Detach both ends of the wand and look through it. Remove any obstructions. Inspect the floor head inlet and suction channel for blockages.
- Clean or replace filters: Remove pre-filter and HEPA filter. Clean or replace as recommended by Tineco. Ensure they are completely dry before reinstalling.
- Inspect seals and gaskets: Check the rubber seals around the dust bin and cyclone. If cracked, flattened, or missing, replace them to restore suction.
- Reassemble and test: Reinstall all components firmly until they click. Test suction at the main body without attachments to compare performance.
