Possible Causes
Aged battery with reduced capacity, Battery not fully charged, High load due to clogged filters or blockages, Poor contact between battery and vacuum terminals
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before inspection.
- Fully charge battery: Place the battery on the original charger until it indicates full charge.
- Reduce load: Clean filters, empty the dust bin, and clear any blockages in the wand and floor head.
- Check battery contacts: Inspect and gently clean the metal contacts on the battery and vacuum body with a dry cloth.
- Test runtime: After charging, run the vacuum on ECO/low mode. If it still shuts off quickly, the battery cells are likely worn and the pack should be replaced.
