Vacuum vibrates excessively, especially when using the main floor head on hard floors.

Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery.

• Clean brush roller thoroughly: Remove the roller and clear all hair and debris from the entire length, including grooves and bristles.
• Check for warping: Roll the brush on a flat surface. If it wobbles or appears bent, replace it.
• Inspect end caps: Ensure end caps are fully seated and not cracked.
• Reinstall correctly: Make sure the roller is installed in the correct orientation and fully seated in both end bearings.
