Possible Causes
Clogged pre‑motor filter, Blocked cyclone shroud, Dust bin overfilled, Blocked wand or nozzle inlet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery before cleaning.
- Step 1 – Empty dust bin: Remove and empty the bin. Wipe internal surfaces with a dry cloth.
- Step 2 – Clean cyclone: Remove the cyclone assembly and brush dust from the mesh/shroud and small holes.
- Step 3 – Clean filters: Tap pre‑motor and HEPA filters gently to remove dust. If washable, rinse with cold water and dry completely (24 hours) before reinstalling.
- Step 4 – Check wand and nozzle: Look through the wand and nozzle neck for clogs and remove any debris.
If suction is still weak after full cleaning, the motor or seals may be worn and should be inspected by a technician.
