Vacuum runs for only a few minutes then shuts off with no error code

Safety first: Do not open the battery pack.

• Step 1 – Fully charge: Charge the battery until the charger indicates full.
• Step 2 – Test in lowest power mode: Run the vacuum in eco/low mode and time the runtime. If it is significantly below the specification, the pack is worn.
• Step 3 – Try another pack: If possible, test with a known‑good Toshiba battery. If runtime returns to normal, replace the original pack.

Continued use of a failing pack can cause unexpected shutdowns; replacement is recommended.
