Crevice tool or soft brush has very low suction compared to floor head

Safety first: Turn off and remove the battery before clearing blockages.

• Inspect tool: Look through the crevice tool or brush from end to end. Remove any visible obstructions with a flexible rod or wire (not sharp).
• Check for cracks: Examine the attachment for splits that could leak air. Replace if damaged.
• Test directly: Attach the tool directly to the main body (without wand) to see if suction improves. If so, the wand may have a leak or blockage.
• Replace worn tools: If seals are loose or plastic is deformed, replace the attachment.
