How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before cleaning contacts. Do not short any terminals.
- Inspect contacts: Look at the metal contacts on both the battery and the vacuum body. Clean gently with a dry cloth. Ensure none are bent or recessed.
- Reseat battery: Reinsert the battery firmly until it clicks. Slight misalignment can cause communication errors.
- Test with another battery: If possible, try a known-good original Xiaomi battery. If F7 disappears, replace the original battery pack.
- If all batteries show F7: The battery connector or communication circuit on the main PCB is likely damaged. The main body PCB or connector assembly should be replaced.
