• Remove HEPA filter: Take out the exhaust filter and inspect it for tears, holes, or deformation.
• Check gasket: Ensure the rubber gasket around the filter is intact and seats firmly against the housing.
• Clean or replace: If the filter is heavily soiled or damaged, replace it with an original Xiaomi HEPA filter designed for your model.
• Install correctly: Refit the filter in the correct orientation until it clicks or seals fully. Do not operate the vacuum without the HEPA filter installed.
