LED indicators on the battery flicker or show inconsistent levels during use

Safety first: Do not open the sealed battery pack. Work only with external connectors.

• Full charge and discharge: Fully charge the battery, then use the vacuum in standard mode until it stops. Recharge fully again. This can help recalibrate the BMS on some models.
• Check for movement-related flicker: If LEDs flicker when tapping or moving the battery, the internal LED board connection may be loose. Replace the battery pack.
• Monitor runtime: If actual runtime is normal despite odd LED behavior, the issue is cosmetic. If runtime is also reduced, replace the battery.
