Vacuum has very weak suction even though motor sounds normal

Safety first: Turn off and remove the battery before inspecting seals.

• Check dust bin fit: Remove and reinstall the dust bin, ensuring it clicks firmly into place with no gaps.
• Inspect gaskets: Look at the rubber seals around the bin lid, cyclone base, and connection to the main body. Replace any seals that are torn, flattened, or missing.
• Look for cracks: Examine the dust bin and cyclone housing for hairline cracks that could leak air. Replace the dust bin assembly if cracked.
• Test suction at inlet: Remove the wand and test suction directly at the main body. If suction is strong there but weak at the floor head, the leak or blockage is in the wand or head.
