Vacuum produces excessive vibration in the hand, especially at high power

Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting rotating parts.

• Isolate vibration: Run the main body alone (no wand, no head). If vibration is present, the motor is the source. If not, attach the wand and then the head to find which part causes vibration.
• Check brushroll: Remove and inspect the brushroll for missing sections or heavy debris on one side. Clean thoroughly or replace if warped.
• Inspect mounting: Ensure all screws on the brush head and main body are tight. Loose housings can amplify vibration.
• If motor vibrates alone: The internal fan or shaft is likely damaged. Replace the motor assembly.
