Safety first: Do not open the battery pack casing. Lithium cells can be dangerous if mishandled.

• Verify charge: Fully charge the battery until the indicator shows 100% or all LEDs are solid.
• Test in different modes: Compare runtime in ECO/standard mode vs MAX. Severely reduced runtime in all modes indicates capacity loss.
• Check for overheating: If the battery becomes very hot during short use, internal resistance is high and the pack should be replaced.
• Replace battery: Purchase an original Xiaomi replacement battery pack compatible with your model. Install according to the user manual.
• Battery care: To extend life, avoid storing the vacuum fully discharged and keep it in a cool, dry place.
