Accessories such as crevice tool or mini motorised head have very weak suction compared to the main floor head.

Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting accessories.

• Inspect each tool: Look through the crevice tool, dusting brush, and mini motorised head for obstructions. Remove any debris.
• Check seals: Examine the rubber ring or plastic collar where the accessory connects to the wand or handheld unit. Replace the tool if the seal is torn or missing.
• Test suction at handheld outlet: Remove all tools and feel suction directly at the handheld outlet. If strong there but weak at tools, the issue is with the accessories.

Replace any cracked or damaged accessories to restore proper performance.
