Floor head lights (if fitted) flicker or do not come on, but the brush still spins.

Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the floor head.

• Check connections: Inspect the electrical connector between the wand and nozzle for bent pins or dirt. Clean gently and reseat.
• Flex test: With the head reattached and battery refitted, gently move the wand while the vacuum is running to see if lights flicker, indicating a loose connection.

If the LEDs remain off while the brush motor operates normally, the LED strip or internal wiring in the nozzle is likely faulty. The floor head assembly is usually replaced as a complete unit.
