Possible Causes
Hair wrapped around mini brush, Jammed mini head bearings, Weak or broken internal belt, Faulty mini head motor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the mini motorised tool.
- Open the mini head: Release the cover or end cap to access the brush roll.
- Clean brush and bearings: Remove all hair and fibres from the brush and end caps. Ensure the brush spins freely by hand.
- Check belt (if fitted): Inspect the small drive belt for cracks or stretching. Replace if damaged.
If the mini head still stalls easily or does not spin, the internal motor or gears may be worn. Replacing the complete mini motorised tool is usually the most practical solution.
