Possible Causes
Clogged cyclone assembly, Blocked wand or nozzle, Torn or missing bin gasket, Dust bin not sealed correctly
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before disassembling any parts.
- Check for blockages: Detach the wand and nozzle. Look through each section for obstructions and remove any debris.
- Clean the cyclone: Remove the cyclone core and tap gently to clear fine dust from the cones and mesh.
- Inspect seals and gaskets: Examine the rubber gasket around the dust bin and cyclone. Replace if cracked, flattened, or missing.
- Check bin fit: Reattach the bin firmly until it clicks. Any gap can cause major suction loss.
After cleaning and reseating all parts, test suction again. If suction remains weak, internal leaks or motor wear may be present and require professional diagnosis.
