Vacuum will not convert properly between stick mode and handheld mode; wand or accessories are difficult to attach or remove.

Safety first: Remove the battery before forcing any connections.

• Clean couplings: Remove dust and debris from the wand and tool sockets using a dry cloth or brush.
• Inspect locking tabs: Check the plastic tabs and slots for wear or breakage. Ensure the release button moves freely.
• Apply gentle pressure: When attaching, align the guides and push straight until a click is heard. Do not twist excessively.

If the wand or tools no longer lock securely or are extremely hard to remove, the wand or coupling parts should be replaced to prevent damage to the main body.
