Vacuum will not stand properly in the charging dock or wall mount; intermittent charging or no charging.

Safety first: Unplug the dock from the mains before adjustment.

• Inspect dock alignment: Ensure the wall mount or floor dock is mounted straight and firmly. Tighten mounting screws if loose.
• Clean contact area: Remove dust and debris from the dock slots and vacuum contact pads with a dry cloth.
• Check for bent contacts: Gently straighten slightly bent metal contacts using non‑conductive tools. Do not over‑bend.
• Test seating: Place the vacuum in the dock and confirm it sits fully down with no wobble.

If charging remains intermittent despite good alignment and clean contacts, the dock or internal charging connector may need replacement.
