How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the dishwasher and turn off the water supply. Be prepared for water when moving the appliance.
- Pull out the dishwasher: Carefully slide the unit out of the cabinet to inspect the underside.
- Check base tray: Look for water in the base tray and signs of where it is dripping from during a short test cycle.
- Inspect hoses and sump: Examine all visible hoses, the sump, and the circulation pump housing for cracks or loose clamps.
- Replace faulty components: Tighten clamps or replace any split hoses, cracked sump, or leaking pump seals. If unsure, contact an AEG technician.
