Top rack dishes are not getting clean while bottom rack is mostly clean.

Safety first: Turn off power.

• Inspect upper spray arm: Remove and clean the upper spray arm, clearing all jets.
• Check feed tube: Ensure the vertical feed tube and manifold that supply the upper arm are properly connected and not cracked.
• Verify rack position: Make sure the upper rack is fully pushed in so the spray arm hub engages the feed tube at the back.

Repair action: Replace a damaged upper spray arm or feed tube assembly. If water flow to the top remains weak, the circulation pump may be failing and should be replaced.
