Possible Causes
Worn door gasket, Clogged lower spray arm causing misdirected spray, Overfilling due to level fault, Damaged door bottom seal
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and water before inspecting for leaks.
- Inspect door gasket: Open the door and examine the rubber gasket around the tub opening. Look for tears, flattening, or gaps. Replace if damaged.
- Clean spray arms: Remove the lower spray arm and clean all jets. Blocked jets can cause water to spray directly at the door.
- Check door alignment: Ensure the dishwasher is level and the door closes evenly. Adjust leveling feet if needed.
- Inspect bottom seal: Some Asko models have a separate bottom door seal. Replace it if cracked or deformed.
- Monitor water level: If water level is excessively high, investigate inlet valve and pressure sensor issues.
