Possible Causes
Closed water supply valve, Blocked inlet filter, Failed water inlet valve, Flow meter not detecting flow
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and water before disconnecting hoses.
- Verify water supply: Ensure the shutoff valve is fully open and that there is adequate water pressure.
- Clean inlet filter: Disconnect the inlet hose at the dishwasher and clean the small filter screen inside the Asko inlet connection.
- Check hose for kinks: Straighten any sharp bends in the inlet hose.
- Test fill: Restore water and power, then start a cycle. If E1 returns, the inlet valve or flow meter may be faulty and require replacement.
