Detergent tablet remains partially or completely undissolved in the dispenser at the end of the cycle.

Safety first: Turn off and unplug the dishwasher before checking spray arms.

• Check loading near dispenser: Ensure tall plates or pans are not placed directly in front of the dispenser door. Leave space for it to open fully.
• Clean spray arms: Remove and clean spray arms to ensure strong jets reach the dispenser area.
• Run hot program: Use a hotter program to ensure the tablet dissolves completely.
• Try powder or gel: As a test, use powder detergent in the dispenser. If powder also remains, suspect a circulation or temperature issue.
• Replace dispenser if faulty: If the door does not open reliably during the cycle, the dispenser assembly may need replacement.
