How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water tap.
- Check salt level: Open the salt reservoir in the bottom of the tub and ensure it is filled with dishwasher salt. Adjust water hardness setting according to your local water hardness.
- Run descaling cycle: Use a dishwasher descaler following the product instructions. Run the hottest program without dishes to dissolve internal limescale.
- Inspect visible scaling: Remove the side panel and inspect the heat exchanger and water matrix for heavy white deposits. If severely blocked, these parts may need replacement.
- Preventive measures: Always keep salt and rinse aid filled and periodically run high-temperature cleaning cycles.
