Balay
Inlet Water Temperature Too High
Dishwasher displays E13; water entering the machine may be excessively hot (connected to hot water supply).

Possible Causes
Dishwasher connected to very hot water supply, Faulty temperature sensing of inlet water, Incorrect installation to boiler or solar system, Control board misreading inlet temperature
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the water tap and unplug the dishwasher.
- Check water connection: Balay dishwashers are usually designed for cold or moderately warm water. If connected to a hot water line (>60°C), reconnect to a cold water supply.
- Allow cooling: Let the machine cool down completely, then reconnect to the correct water line and try a new cycle.
- Verify boiler settings: If connected to a central hot water system, ensure the temperature is within the range specified in the user manual.
- Service needed: If E13 appears even with cold water connection, the inlet temperature sensor or control board may be faulty and should be checked by a technician.
