Upper rack does not clean properly while lower rack is clean.

• Clean upper spray arm: Remove the upper spray arm and flush it under running water. Clear blocked jets with a toothpick.
• Check feed tube alignment: Ensure the upper rack is correctly engaged with the rear water feed channel. Bent racks or missing clips can cause misalignment.
• Avoid overloading: Do not block the upper spray arm with large items. Leave space for it to rotate freely.
• Inspect connection seal: Check the seal where the upper arm feed tube connects to the tub for damage or misfit.
