How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance and close the water tap.
- Check for foam: If excessive foam is visible inside, you may have used regular dish soap. Scoop out foam and run a rinse cycle with a small amount of cooking oil to break down suds.
- Drain base tray: Pull the dishwasher out and tilt it to drain water from the base. Remove the bottom panel and dry the area completely.
- Inspect for leaks: Run a short cycle while observing the sump, hoses, and door seal for drips. Tighten clamps and replace damaged parts.
- Reset: Once dry and leak-free, reconnect power and test again.
