Safety first: Switch off power before working on the door panel.

• Check loading: Ensure large plates or pans are not blocking the dispenser door from opening.
• Test door manually: Open and close the dispenser lid to ensure it moves freely and latches correctly.
• Clean around dispenser: Remove any dried detergent build-up that may be sticking the lid.
• Inspect mechanism: If the lid is free but still not opening during a cycle, the dispenser solenoid or spring may be faulty and the dispenser assembly should be replaced.
