Detergent tablet remains undissolved in the dispenser at the end of the cycle.

Safety first: Switch off the appliance before adjusting racks or spray arms.

• Check loading: Ensure tall plates or pans are not blocking the dispenser door from opening fully.
• Clean spray arms: Remove and clean the upper and lower spray arms to ensure strong water jets reach the dispenser area.
• Use correct program: Select a hotter program to ensure tablets dissolve fully, especially for heavy soil loads.
• Inspect dispenser: Open and close the dispenser door by hand to confirm smooth operation. If the latch is weak or the spring broken, replace the dispenser assembly.
