Access hinges: Remove the side panels of the Becken dishwasher to expose the hinge springs and cables.
Check springs and cables: Look for broken springs or snapped cables attached to the door hinges. Replace both sides as a pair to maintain balance.
Adjust tension: Some models allow spring tension adjustment via different anchor points. Set to a position where the door stays open at mid-position without slamming.
