Possible Causes
Cracked circulation pump housing, Loose hose clamp, Split drain hose, Leaking inlet valve connection
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the dishwasher and close the water tap. Be prepared for water spillage when moving the unit.
- Pull out the appliance: Carefully slide the Becken dishwasher out from under the counter.
- Inspect underneath: Remove the bottom cover and run a short cycle while observing (use a torch). Look for drips from hoses, pumps, or the sump.
- Tighten and replace: Tighten any loose hose clamps. Replace any hoses that show cracks or bulges. If the pump housing is leaking, replace the pump assembly.
- Check inlet connections: Ensure the aqua-stop hose and internal inlet connections are tight and not seeping.
After repairs, dry the base tray completely before reassembling to avoid flood sensor activation.
