Possible Causes
Closed household water tap, Clogged inlet hose filter at AquaStop, Defective water inlet valve, Low water pressure to dishwasher
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect the dishwasher from mains power and close the water tap before removing any panels.
- Check water supply: Ensure the kitchen water tap feeding the dishwasher is fully open. Verify other taps in the house have normal pressure.
- Inspect inlet hose and filter: Pull the dishwasher forward slightly, close the water tap, and disconnect the inlet hose from the tap. At the hose end, remove and clean the small mesh filter using a soft brush. If your Beko model has an AquaStop hose, inspect the plastic housing for kinks or damage.
- Check for hose kinks: Make sure the inlet hose is not crushed or sharply bent behind the machine or under the sink.
- Test again: Reconnect the hose, open the tap fully, restore power, and run a short program. If E01 returns, the inlet valve or AquaStop assembly may be faulty and should be tested or replaced.
- Advanced check (for experienced DIYers): Remove the lower front kick panel, locate the water inlet valve where the hose connects, and check its coil resistance with a multimeter. Replace the valve if open-circuit or shorted.
