Possible Causes
Partially blocked inlet filter, Low mains water pressure, Faulty water inlet valve, Blocked water softener or flow path
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and close the water tap before disconnecting hoses.
- Check water pressure: Open the kitchen tap and confirm strong flow. If pressure is low, contact your water supplier or plumber.
- Clean inlet filter: Disconnect the inlet hose and clean the mesh filter at the hose end and at the valve inlet.
- Inspect softener inlet: On models with a side water softener/heat exchanger, remove the side panel and check for blockages in the inlet channel.
- Run a test cycle: After cleaning, run a short program and listen for filling. If fill time seems long or E08 returns, the inlet valve may be weak and should be replaced.
