Possible Causes
Defective drying fan motor, Blocked vent duct, Faulty fan triac on control board, Loose wiring to fan assembly
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before removing the door inner panel or top cover.
- Check for basic drying: Ensure you are using rinse aid and that the selected program includes drying. If drying is poor and E10 appears, continue.
- Access fan: On many Beko models, the drying fan is located in the door or top corner. Remove the inner door panel screws and carefully separate the panels.
- Inspect fan: Check if the fan impeller is blocked by insulation or debris. Spin it by hand to confirm it moves freely.
- Electrical test: Measure fan motor resistance and check for 230V supply during the drying phase (qualified persons only). Replace the fan assembly if not running when powered.
- Vent path: Ensure the vent outlet and channels are not blocked by grease or scale. Clean as needed.
