Dishwasher displays E11 and may not start or may stop shortly after starting.

Safety: Unplug the dishwasher before working on the door assembly.

• Check door closure: Ensure the door closes firmly and is not obstructed by dishes or racks. Listen for a distinct click when closing.
• Inspect latch strike: Check the metal or plastic strike on the cabinet for bending or misalignment. Adjust slightly if needed so it engages the latch fully.
• Access door lock: Remove the inner door panel screws and carefully separate the inner and outer door to expose the latch assembly.
• Test switch: Use a multimeter to check continuity of the door switch when the latch is engaged. Replace the door lock assembly if the switch is intermittent or open.
• Check wiring: Inspect the harness from the latch to the control board for broken conductors, especially where it flexes at the top of the door.
