Possible Causes
Leak from circulation pump seal, Split drain hose, Loose hose clamp, Cracked tub or water matrix
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the dishwasher and close the water tap immediately.
- Check for water in base: Carefully pull the dishwasher out and tilt it slightly to one side. If water runs out from the base, the anti-flood float has been triggered.
- Dry the base: Remove the bottom cover and soak up all water with towels. Allow the base to dry completely.
- Locate the leak: With panels removed, run a short cycle while observing the machine. Look for drips from the circulation pump, hoses, water matrix, or door seal.
- Repair leak: Tighten or replace hose clamps, replace cracked hoses, or replace the leaking pump or matrix. Do not operate the dishwasher until the leak is fully resolved.
