Upper rack dishes remain dirty while lower rack is mostly clean.

Safety: Turn off power before removing racks or spray arms.

• Clean upper spray arm: Remove the arm, rinse under hot water, and clear blocked jets with a toothpick.
• Check feed tube: Ensure the vertical feed tube at the back of the tub engages properly with the upper rack connector and is not cracked or blocked.
• Verify rack position: Make sure the upper rack is correctly seated on its rails and not sagging.
• Inspect circulation pump: If overall pressure is low, test and replace the circulation pump as needed.
