Dishwasher top rack dishes remain dirty while bottom rack is mostly clean.

Safety first: Turn off power before removing internal parts.

• 1. Clean upper spray arm: Remove the upper spray arm and clear all jets with water and a toothpick.
• 2. Inspect feed tube: Check the vertical feed tube at the back of the tub and its connection to the upper arm. Ensure it is not cracked or disconnected.
• 3. Rack height: Make sure the upper rack is properly seated on its rails and engages the feed port when closed.

If the upper system is intact but still not spraying, the circulation pump may be underperforming.
