• Clean filters and sump: Remove filters and clear any debris from the sump and drain pump inlet.
• Check air gap: If your installation uses an air gap on the sink, remove the cap and clean out any debris.
• Inspect drain hose: Detach the hose from the sink or disposer and flush it with water. Remove any clogs or kinks.
• Test drain pump: Run a drain-only or cancel/drain function and listen for the pump. If it hums but does not move water, inspect for obstructions or replace the pump.
