• Access pump cover: Locate the small plastic cover over the drain pump inlet (often with a tab). Twist or pull it out according to the manual.
• Clear obstructions: Reach into the pump cavity and remove any glass, bones, or debris. Rotate the impeller gently to ensure it moves freely.
• Check pump cover: Ensure the cover is not cracked and that its seal is intact. Reinstall it securely; a missing cover can cause E25.
• Test drain: Reinstall filters and run a drain or rinse cycle to confirm proper operation.
