Dishwasher racks are difficult to slide or bind during loading and unloading.

• Clean rails: Remove the racks and clean the rail tracks with warm, soapy water. Remove any debris or hardened detergent.
• Inspect wheels: Check rack wheels for flat spots, cracks, or missing pieces. Replace worn wheels or clips.
• Check for bending: Inspect racks and rails for bending or misalignment. Gently straighten if possible or replace damaged parts.
• Lubricate lightly: If allowed by the manufacturer, apply a small amount of food-safe silicone spray to the rails to improve glide.
