Possible Causes
Stuck water inlet valve, Faulty water level sensor, Blocked pressure hose, Control not shutting off fill
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and water immediately if overfilling or leaking is observed.
- Stop water flow: Close the under-sink shutoff valve and turn off the breaker.
- Check water level: Open the door and verify that the water level is not above the bottom of the door opening. Bail out excess water if necessary.
- Inspect inlet valve: If water continues to enter with power off, the inlet valve is mechanically stuck open and must be replaced.
- Check level sensor and hose: Access the pressure sensor and hose. Clean any blockages and ensure the hose is not kinked.
- Test operation carefully: Restore power and water, run a short cycle while monitoring. If F9 returns, replace the faulty inlet valve or level sensor as indicated by testing.
