Possible Causes

Machine not level, Loose or missing adjustable feet, Uneven floor, Internal components or panels loose

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off and unplug the machine before adjusting feet or panels.

  • Level the machine: Use a spirit level on the top of the dishwasher. Adjust the front and rear feet until the unit is level front‑to‑back and side‑to‑side.
  • Stabilize on uneven floors: Use shims under feet if the floor is uneven. Ensure all feet are firmly in contact with the floor.
  • Check internal fixings: Remove side panels and verify that the wash pump, boiler, and tank are securely mounted.
  • Tighten outer panels: Tighten any loose screws on side and front panels to reduce rattling.
