• Clean suction filter: Remove the small filter at the end of the suction tube and rinse under warm water to remove residue.
• Prime the pump: On models with a priming function, run the rinse aid pump manually until you see liquid moving through the clear dosing tube and into the machine.
• Inspect pump operation: Locate the rinse aid dosing pump. Check for leaks, cracked tubing, or a worn pump head. Replace if the pump does not run or fails to move liquid.
• Check electrical supply: Confirm the pump receives power during the rinse phase (qualified personnel only). If not, suspect a control PCB output fault.
