Possible Causes

Closed or partially closed stopcock, Clogged inlet filter, Undersized or kinked supply hose, Building water pressure too low

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power before moving the machine or disconnecting hoses.

  • Check stopcock and isolation valves: Ensure all valves feeding the Classeq dishwasher are fully open.
  • Inspect inlet hose: Look for kinks, crushing, or sharp bends in the water inlet hose. Straighten or replace as needed.
  • Clean inlet filter: Turn off water, disconnect the hose at the machine, and remove the mesh filter. Clean thoroughly and refit.
  • Measure water pressure: If possible, measure static and dynamic pressure at the supply. If below Classeq's minimum specification, consult a plumber to improve supply (e.g., larger pipework or booster pump).
