How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and water before disconnecting any hoses.
- Verify mains pressure: Confirm that building water pressure meets Comenda specifications. If other taps are weak, contact a plumber.
- Check stop valves: Ensure the dedicated rinse water stop valve is fully open.
- Clean inlet strainer: Remove the rinse water inlet hose and clean any mesh filters or strainers at the connection points.
- Inspect flow meter: On models with a flow meter, remove and check for debris or scale. Clean gently and reinstall, ensuring correct flow direction.
- Rinse arm cleaning: Remove and clean the upper rinse arms to ensure they are not restricting flow.
