Empty rinse aid container, Blocked rinse aid suction filter, Faulty rinse aid dosing pump, Air leak in rinse aid tubing
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Wear gloves when handling rinse aid chemicals.
- Check rinse aid level: Confirm the external or built-in rinse aid reservoir is filled.
- Inspect suction filter: Remove and clean the small filter at the end of the rinse aid suction tube.
- Check tubing: Look for cracks, loose connections, or air bubbles in the transparent tubing. Replace damaged sections and ensure tight connections.
- Prime the system: Use the machine’s priming function or run several cycles to purge air from the line.
- Test pump: During final rinse, verify that the rinse aid pump runs. If it does not, and voltage is present, replace the pump.
