Safety first: Turn off power and allow hot water to cool before handling spray arms.

• 1. Clean spray arms: Remove upper and lower spray arms by unscrewing or unclipping them. Rinse under running water and use a toothpick to clear blocked jets.
• 2. Clean filters and sump: Remove and thoroughly clean the filter assembly. Check the sump for debris that could restrict flow.
• 3. Check water level: Start a program and, after filling, open the door briefly. Water should cover the filter area. If very low, see inlet-related faults.
• 4. Listen to pump: During wash, you should hear a strong, steady spray noise. A weak or intermittent sound may indicate a failing circulation pump.

When to call a technician: If cleaning does not restore spray pressure, the circulation pump may need replacement.
